Best
In Speciality Show
Alaskan Malamute Club of NSW
30 May 2004
Judge: Mr Ian Rasmussen
" A
2 year old dog with the most beautiful headpiece
I have ever seen. He is of beautiful breed type
and has correct proportions, he is compact without
being to short to be able to move well. His
ground to elbow and elbow to withers proportions
are spot on, as a lot of dogs and not only malamutes
are tending to get a little short in leg. His
angles are balanced and he has a very easy side
gait and is clean coming and going. This dog
is not exaggerated in anyway, and is just so
moderate in all aspects."

July
2004: at the very prestigious North of
the Harbour All Breeds Kennel Club Winter International
show in Sydney Clancy was awarded BEST IN SHOW
from 1245 entries. Breed Judge was Mr Tim Doxtater
from Canada and Best In Show was Mr Percy Green
from South Africa.
August
2004: Clancy takes Best in Show Number
6 at the Brisbane Royal Show. Clancy is the first
and only malamute in Australia to win a BIS at
a major Royal show and holds the breed record
for number of entries beat (3502) for BIS at
any show in the breed.Thank you Mrs A Ingram
from Northern Ireland for this history making
win.
March
2005: Clancy
takes 3 BEST IN SHOWS in one weekend over 2 days
from 3 shows, another first for any Alaskan malamute
in Australia.
